Mileage Chart
Mileage will be added to locations as follows:
0-2 miles = no charge for mileage
2.1-5 miles = $1.65 per visit for mileage
5.1-8 miles =
$2.65 per visit for mileage
8.1-12 miles = $3.65 per visit for mileage
13 miles and further are extended

1. Please note we are unable to care for animals that are aggressive or known biters due to insurance
liability. Please contact your veterinarian for information on alternate accomodations.
2. Visits
are guaranteed therefore payment is guaranteed.
Note: If you leave late or return early, the full price of the contract is due. If a contract is cancelled, payment
is still due in full. Please refer to your contract. We do not have a cancellation policy, please be aware of
all travel comditions, weather conditions, or any situation that mey impact travel before booking.
3. All payments are due in advance. You may leave payment to be collected on the first visit.
If you mail your payment please allow 5-7 days for mail delivery, we must have the payment prior to departure. If you
fail to leave a payment or if payment arrives late via mail, then a late fee will be assessed. Contracts are not
booked more than 30 days in advanced. Any contract more than $500 must be paid in full at the time of bookling.
Note: The late fee is assessed at 15% of the total contract.
4. If you fail to leave adequate
supplies, then we will purchase necessary supplies.
Note: You should have enough food, medicine, cat litter, treats,
etc. to last the contracted dates. The customer is responsible for the cost of the supplies plus the $20 pet supply
pick-up fee. Refer to price list above and contract.
5. A Pet's Paradise reserves the right to choose
an alternate veterinarian in case of an emergency.
Note: After attempt(s) to contact the veterinarian provided,
we reserve the right to have the animal treated by an alternate veterinarian. The customer is responsible for all veterinary
bills including medication costs. The cost for pet taxi will also apply.
6. Visits for pets meeting
criteria below start at $30.00 per visit.
-included:
Senior care, puppy care, and difficult animals. All special needs and difficult animals will be assessed at
the initial meet and greet. (Senior status assessed for dogs over 8 yrs and puppy care for dogs under 2 yrs.)
7. Our 'Holiday Fee' is $50.00. We charge for the following holidays New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter,
Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. This is
a flat fee not a per day charge.
